My MB-6582’s LCD has some dead lines and columns in the pixel matrices. See attached photo. At some point I think I plugged it the wrong way round. Any ideas what could be broken? LCD? PIC?

, yup, that looks at least like the LCD was damaged - would recommend to start with that one first, they’re not that expensive and it should be a quick replacement.
