[MB-6582] About Encoders

Hello!

i’m going to build the MB-6582, i have to buy just the encoders.

i found this encoder on ebay:

is this good? i compared the datasheet i think they are very similar, am i right?

I dunno about those, but if you want to get em via ebay, use these instead

And, although the shaft is splined, they do come with some nice shiny knobs.

Thats what I used anyway.

I think these are a bit pricey compared to the one´s from voti.nl ( http://www.voti.nl/shop/p/SW-ROT-01.html ).. and if i have read the MB-6582 docs right these should be a snug fnit.

but those whit “nice shiny knobs” costs 13 AU$ -> 6.20€, it’s soo much!

umh.. voti.nl sell the knobs too.. i did not notice this..

i need the 13 tall switches too, where could i find these?

I’m guessing, but if those are the ones I think they are, they’re known to be problematic.

And not very shiny…

Hang on.. aren’t they about the same price as the ones I pointed out? At least they come with knobs you can actually use on a MB6582..  :stuck_out_tongue:
