ltc module is active by defaut in midibox sid or need to be activate in .asm ?

Which part of the LTC module do you mean?

MIDI Thru, the Second MIDI Out, MIDI IN/OUT LED don’t need any activation.

The RS232 option isn’t supported by MBSID
