Are the LCD menu buttons also connected to the DINX4 or they are sepparate buttons connected somewhere else? I need to know to design my box correctly…
By the way, does the MB64 accept only knobs or also rotary encoders?

The buttons do indeed connect to the dinx4, see: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_dinx4_32buttons.pdf .
The MB64 f/w is pots and buttons, if you want encoders add another core with the 16E f/w and you can tinker with 16 of em…
