jdm programmer

Hi,

I’m traying to use a jdm programmer with an usb-serial adapter, and it doesn’t work because the adapter only gives 5 V, and the jdm programmer needs ±18 V. I put a power supply in the 100 mF capacitor (http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_jdm.html) , but it doesn’t work. Any suggestion ?

i would suggest trying another computer but i guess you already know that from reading “links to jdm issues”.

i had probs with the jdm as well as you can tell if you have read this
