illuminated buttons instead of leds out of buttons

well i’m starting my seq in a 2HE rack, and due to lack of space on the panel, i would like to know if it’s a good idea

to replace the leds under the button by illuminated buttons…

i would like to know if this wont mess the user interface , because of the multi functions of the leds and buttons…

isn’t the “hallucinogen” seq done that way?

Yeah, the ones I’ve got have separate pins for them, so it’s about the same as having separate buttons and lights anyway.
