I get the 5VDC out, but not the 14. Any ideas ?

I don’t think you have done everything right ![]()
You should be able to measure +14VDC between the ground and the output of the 7809 regulator. Did you realize, that 7809 “common” (or middle) pin is connected to PSU +5VDC?

Yes , the middle pin is connected to the +5VDC circuit . . . I get 2-7 VCD when i measure it with the multimeter … any answer moeb ?
Is the 7809 regulator in correct orientation?
Have you checked the PSU that the 9VAC lines work? If I remember correctly, there is a fuse for 5 VDC and another one for 9 VAC inside the PSU.
