Mine is up and seems to be running fine. I love this thing, because it can only make sound and can’t divert me with whatever is possible on a computer.
But … how do I stop it? 
When I press stop, the stop led only blinks. Or is there something wrong with my machine?

sounds like a button hasn’t been assigned to the right SR and Pin?..I’m only a day ahead here so what do I know, but my STOP does actually stops the seq and all notes..
Are you slaving the sequencer to something else? If that is the case, then this is a really awesome feature the mb has. If the sequencer is slaving and you hit stop, then hit start again it will start up on the next bar and be in time with the master. This lets you stop it and restart without resetting your master clock.

I wasn’t really clear in the first case, sorry. when I start the mBSEQ everything works as supposed to be. After playing a bit around with it, it only blinks when I hit stop. I’ll try to reproduce which steps to take for this behaviour.
SOLVED
Thanks Luke, my K2000 clock was internal and synced to both. So I could start with SEQ but stop was only working with K2000.
