The documentation says to ground the unused pins not connected to the AIN module when a 4501 and the pots are missing.
My question is, if the 4501 is connected but no pots are, do the unused pins still need to be grounded?

i was looking at the schematic however it stated ground the pins only if you leave out a 4501.
i have 4x4501s mounted onto the PCB, however for testing I am only going to use one of them, hence why i asked if they still need to be grounded.
remember that often sometime it is easier to disable pins on the software
