I am leaving out the EEPROM
does this mean I can leave out resistors R14 and R15 and cap. C4 as well?

Yes, you can. No, I wouldn’t. Just in case you need/want them later. That’s a total of 12 cents in parts.

I’m building it with 5 OUT, but only 1 IN, do I need to ground the other IN pins?
I am using the small GM5 pcb
Nope, no need to ground them.
Hi,
As you are talking about EEprom…
I have five GM5x5x5 but my windows7 see only three with every jumper settings.
So, as I would to try with EEproms on every PCB , I would ask what is the part of EEprom code ( the special application ) I have to modify to have 5 different devices ?
( or better to make system see 5 different devices )
Thanks
Antonio
