What protocol does the FM use, before the DAC? ???
it’s seems that would not be suitable for thefm, it output 16 bit serial data but with 3 others “timing” signal, the clock signal so is not a classic one..
aren’t the fm dacs floating point?
my though was to replace the yac by this firewire module, not to put yac512 after it.
either the sample rate at the ymf262 is not conventionnal (49,7Khz) and the DAI is working 24bit…
