Earphone Piezo Trigger possible?

Hello there!

I was wondering if it is possible to use an old earphone as a piezo trigger for a drum module or to be amped up.

Does anyoner know if this would work?

Hi,

Hmm… It will work as a (very small sensivity)  microphone, but it ain’t piezo, which picks up vibrations from the surface it’s connected.

So I can’t guarantee any success with it. Piezo discs are very cheap, so why don’t you buy some?
