create XY pad using two Foot Switch inputs???

Hey. Long time, no Midibox.

I just had an idea: Create an XY pad that connects into the two Foot Switch inputs on the back of my midi gear (BCR2000 or Kore). I’d love to have an xy pad, but I don’t want to drop the cash on a padkontrol or a MB that’s just an xy pad. Is something like that feasible?

if that s a “foot switch” input and not an “expression pedal” input, then just forget about the matter
