Hi,

here is my interface what i’m using to connect my two 2x40 LCD in my MIDIbox.

Maybe you can solder one on a small breadboard but if you like more professionality…

IMO this PCB is unuseful.

You can achieve this by using a 17 wires ribbon cable and 3 HE10 connector.

You do the same as IDE ribbon for Harddrive : the only difficulty is to rearrange the wires on the Core connector ( I did it for my SEQ)

You forgot the 2nd enable line…of course, one could do as you said and cut the enable line to the 2nd connector and run one extra wire.
