Cool midi software. :)

I found a great Midi Monitor Software; you can even upload sysex messages with it.

With the knowledge of assembler and debugging, the price is not an issue. I made a gen. for mine.

Gday nitrus. Not sure why you posted this in ‘parts questions’? Mind if I move it?

It seemed like the software is free but it also seems you’re talking about cracking it?

Sure, go ahead and move it. No, it’s not 100% free.

It’s a shame that it’s not free… Especially as they give the impression that it is! I have to say, that we don’t endorse piracy here, which means that this may not be a good option. I do like the layout of the display though.

I think that MIDI-Ox or MIOS Studio do a good job at this, and they’re both generously provided free of charge.

I didn’t think you did, which is why I didn’t post anything. However I wouldn’t call it piracy, I would rather call it reverse engineering. It doesn’t seem to work in Vista anyway…

Me too

It’s got that “BattleZone” look to it, or like the old green monochrome displays. Best part is that “value bar” thing. I’d like to have a whole stack of those assigned to different controls for reference.

Thanks for the link!,
