A midi generator/convertor/clock generator that can run on old 486 systems under DOS using a SoundBlaster or sumtin.
Allows to convert jockstick input to midi data + convert audio into midi (??)

Yeah, sounds interesting. Perhaps as an embedded version…
640x480 pixels … doesn´t fit on an regular low-price LCD Display… sigh …
But anyhow, interesting.
