Hi, do I need to have a LCD for each box or is it possible to control them with only one?

no, thats not possible.

Do I need to have a LCD for the CV-box at all?

Do you want to change the CV setup very often, or is it ok for you to do it only once (when the LCD is connected to the MBCV core)?
