Hey Thorsten, how are the shafts on the switches in this photo connected to the switch itself? Did you just glue them on, or did they come with the switch?
I just got some similar switches and I want to do the same thing.

Hi Justin,
shaft and switch is one piece, they cannot be separated. Reichelt and others offer these switches with different shaft lengths.
