I have somebody near me that can provide me with 50 new Blue/White LCD displays in bulk @ a price of 300 €. thats 6 € each…
I’m gonna keep 10 of those so the remaining avalaible unit are 40. I can collect them and arrange the expedition in europe.
Postage price should be less then 5 € for 1 and less then 10 for 2-10(need to check out btw).
The only thing is that i must confirm quite soon so.. hurry up if interested.

I don’t know if there’s something special about that display but RS Components in the UK do a 16x2 Blue/White Transflective STN. Their 25 off price is 4.60GBP (5.09EUR) each with free delivery…

I just looked on the RS Italy site and you are right, the same display is 7.90EUR for 25 off and 9.87EUR for 1 off..

If you really like the blue/white displays, I can sell you some blue/white 2x20 LCDs (not 2x16!) that I got really cheap. These are a little wider but much better than 2x16 for MIDIbox projects. They might not suit MB-808 but should be good for other MIDIbox projects (except MB-SEQ, MB-FM, obviously)
