I can’t get the MIDIbox to see any banksticks.
I’ve hooked up one like the ucapps page said to, but MIDIbox won’t see it. Are banksticks easy to destroy. I had 6 hooked up in an array questionably and turned the power on. Do you think that did them in?

I have the latest hardware.
Did you check all the voltages *before* you put that ICs in the sockets? You should always do so. This way you can be sure you didn´t switch the polarity or so.
With 5V/GND it should be quite possible to destroy some LCs. If the supply voltage was switched you can be pretty sure about that.
What about arranging six banksticks like ucapps shows arranging 8, but omitting # 7 and 8 without terminating #6? Would taht do damage?
