now that the interconnection test works, but none of my sid seem to work, i wonder if these voltage i read between GND and SID socket are correct:

core is working correctly
the problem is that when i power up, all i hear are electric transients. i also tried with sidplayer, but no note are heard… just very small volume clicks and blips…
beside this the sid was gettin really really HOT
by the way, could the transistor on the audio output of sid be fused?? is the only thing that’s lets (apart the fault of all my sids)
You can find pin list (these don’t refer to sid pins, but pin names) from main.asm of the sid interconnect test and then use sid schematics for cross reference.
Well, “power” seem ok.. and I don’t know what to expect from other voltages, other than measuring osc or data/address lines, doesn’t make any sense (Did you check that in interconn. test lines also were in default state, when not selected.. of course you did)
It’s very unlikely that all your sids are broken..
Do you use onboard oscillator on SID? If that is the case, you could try clock supplied from core.
Also it’s worth trying to change BC547 on sid output.
