6N136 <--> 6N138 ?.....6N139!

Hi!

Is possible touse a 6N136 instead of the 6N138 in core module? They are differentbut I would try to test my core before the end of the holydays

FOUND IT!

after some hours searching for datasheets, crossreferences and other stuff about optocouplers I founded the alias…

6N139 is OK is his big bros

HCPL0700 and HCPL0701 are the aliases as SMDevices.

Thorsten, this could be usefull for people who doesn’t find 6N138 like me (I live in a big city and there are many electronic shop but none has that opto)

Please keep me informed if the 6N139 really works (I think so, but I don’t want to publish untested specs)

FYI: the 6N139 works perfectly to replace a 6N138

Just looking at that PDF spec, I found a few mistakes.  Wonder who is checking what they are publishing?
