2 2x40 Displays needed for the Seq V2?

I’ve just taken a look to the MBSEQ Manual, and I’m wondering if 2 2x40 Displays are needed to use the MB SEQ full featured.

I have to add that, due to the choosen layout the encoders are not under the display anyway.

I have an 2x16 Display here, does this work?

Look at the hardware options site: http://www.ucapps.de/midibox_seq_options.html

With a 2x16 display onla 4 steps will be visible. Menu is layouted for 2x16 anyway.
