please rename the *.txt file to *.dxf…I renamend it because, dxf couldnot uploadet
The picture shows in violet, what my problem now is… with the information "2x 45° " in this situation I cannot do anything…this is maybe an american standart…but her in austria, I learend it a other way tho describe a edge…
-how ever- anyobody can explain whtat they are talking about?

0.079 inch or 2mm, 45 degree bevel on both side.
The pins are .5 mm in diameter
I have one sample in my hands.
do you meen so?
(the magenta line is the CUT…)
your .0881 dim should be .079
I also want the pushencoder… and the led for it under the encoder…but i see no way for integrate a second 165 on the pcb for doing (without loosing pins)
the cheaest way is…
plan extra holes for the encoder switch, and route the 4xDininput to a connector near the DIN-DOUT-Connectors…
if somebody would take a encoder witch switch… he have to build a extra din board… an wire it to all boards to the “4xDininput-from-pushbutton-” Connector.
I see no other changes… anyone else?
That’s exactly what I meant would be nice. That solution would be good enough for me.
I will order now 100 Peaces of Ledrings
does anybody have a library for a fitting on the market aviable Encoder with pusbutton?
I have finished the Ledring Library.
I have finished the Ledring shematic section.
I have not finished the Encoder shematic section. - have no library, or encoder type!
I have not finished the board layout! (have startet it…)
Here are all the Files…

Hm, I cant do this job… I dont know wtf they want from me in this fk datasheet ??? It seems to be all ok, but not the edge!
.If somebody would change (later for milling!!!)- that would very nice…All files..are includet in my last post…
I’ve made the part in Solid Edge 3D and i did an IGES export and a STEP export file that can be use in your design assembly.

I dont know is solid edge 3d, like 3d max?,
Can you export it in DXF DWG? so I can make a script SCR that I can use in Eagle, for making a library?
because I dont know the idges and step format…normally I work with autocard (day by day :)) and eagle…a little bit 3dmax…but 3d max i have not @ home.
@Phattline, no it can be saved as dwg or dxf, this is a 3D Solid model that can be used in 3D assembly.
Perhaps it could be use it in 3DMax. Never tried.
I’ve just put together a scetch drawing that show how i use the ledring with SmashTV long shaft encoder.

With the ledrings, i want to use my Soundwell encoders that i bought last year, i have 100 of them and my P-401 Knobs that i bought from Nebula but it requires an extension for the encoder shaft, the female side of the extension use a set screw to lock on the shaft. Without the shaft extension, the knobs not enough tight and became loose fast because to short shaft. Here’s how i did it. See attachment.
Hmm never seen one of those before. Where’d you get this extension thingy from?
Custom made, i have no choice.
ok with igs i can make a dwg file in 3dmax…with that dxf I can make a eagle device… (for shematic and pcb layout)

Hmmm I have got today this mail:
> Attached is order# W910951. I just want to let you know Production make a
> re-count in our inventory and find out we have only 93pcs in stock.
> the lead time at this moment is 4-6 weeks. If you want me to ship 93pcs.
> and cancel the 7pcs. due to the lead time, please let me know and I will
> ship 93pcs only. Please advised.
what should I do? wait?
i will take the 93 pcs…
what ever i pay 43 dollar for shipping, fk grazy! => 4 dollar for 1 Ledring >:(
What will be the total price per led-ring? I think this sounds a bit expencive and if it is ok i can take my order of 8 ledrings back. that would mean you have one ledring spare after ordering the 93 they have in stock.

it will sum up to $8 per ledring, right?
The ‘Edit’ button is in the bottom right corner of your post

That is fine, led rings not easy thing to do in DIY.
